Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped through USPS, and charged a $10 standard flat rate fee. All purchases are given a tracking number. 5-7 business days is the shipping and processing time, not including weekends and holidays. 

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Bo & Company is not liable for USPS packages that are lost or stolen, and will not offer a refund. USPS Priority packages are insured up to $100 if lost or stolen. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package, you must file a claim with your local post office or USPS.gov directly. We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers.
