Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we welcome returns for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase. Returns are only available for full-priced items- sale items are final sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition, with all original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- Swimwear
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Sale Items
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Returns Process:
To begin a return, you can contact us at sales@shopboandcompany.com with your order number and contact info. Once return items are received, we will issue you store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used in-store or online.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment
All damage reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at sales@shopboandcompany.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you first and last name and order number.
