Return Policy
We offer returns on online purchases within 14 days of delivery, for a refund on the original method of payment. Returns are only available for full-priced items. Sale items are FINAL sale. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition, with all original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.

- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Sale Items
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Returns Process:
To begin a return, you can contact us at sales@shopboandcompany.com with your order number and contact info. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return items are received, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process you return, and for funds to be received back on your original method of payment.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment
All damage reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at sales@shopboandcompany.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you first and last name and order number.
